Two-storey house with flat roof and garage

The house of 290 m2 was located, erected on traditional foundations, that is, reinforced footings and foundation walls. The load-bearing and partition walls were made of silicate blocks with a thickness of 25 and 12 cm, respectively. The roof truss was made of a prefabricated wooden roof structure according to, structural design, made of wood class C24, four-sided sanded, dried and impregnated. The roof of the building was covered with Ruukki Classic 40 Silence D standing seam metal sheets.

A system of energy-efficient Krispol windows with 6-chamber Bluevolution profiles with a depth of 82 mm was installed as part of the warm window woodwork installation. The windows were equipped with RZ concealed roller shutters with electric drive. The building was equipped with electrical, teletechnical, plumbing, recuperation installation, full underfloor heating installation with MONOBLOK air source heat pump.

External wall insulation was made with graphite polystyrene foam, while polymer-mineral plaster was used to finish the building’s facade. The facade was finished with porcelain stoneware tile.
