329 m2 house erected on traditional foundations, that is, reinforced footings and foundation walls, with 15cm thick Aqua polystyrene insulation. The walls were made of ceramic blocks, while the ceiling is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat.
As part of the warm installation of window frames, a system was installed, energy-efficient windows with 6-chamber profiles with a depth of 82mm, along with airtight installation. In addition, the windows were equipped with wired roller shutters. The building was equipped with electrical, telecommunication, plumbing, recuperation installation, as well as a full installation of an air heat pump and underfloor heating. Peszel was installed for the later construction of photovoltaic panels.
20 cm thick graphite polystyrene foam was used to insulate the exterior walls, and white silicone plaster was used.
