The 193 m2 house was located, erected on traditional foundations, i.e. reinforced footings and insulated foundation walls. The load-bearing and partition walls were made of cellular concrete with a corresponding thickness of 24 cm and 12 cm. The roof truss was made in a traditional construction of treated softwood. The roof of the building was covered with Braas Teviva concrete tiles in anthracite color.
As part of the warm installation of window woodwork, an energy-efficient window system with 6-chamber profiles with a depth of 82 mm was installed. In addition, warm installation of window frames was used, which will minimize the cost of maintaining the house. The building has been equipped with electrical, telecommunication, plumbing, recuperation installation, full installation of gas heating with Vaillant VC Eco Tec 20,6 kW gas furnace. An area was prepared for the installation of air conditioning units.
20 cm thick graphite polystyrene foam was used to insulate the external walls, and white silicone plaster was used to finish the building’s facade.
