Description

The 241 m2 house was erected on traditional foundations, that is, reinforced footings and insulated foundation walls. The load-bearing and partition walls were made of silicate blocks with a thickness of 24 cm and 12 cm, respectively. Teriva-type dense-rib ceiling. The roof truss was made of prefabricated trusses. The roof was covered with flat concrete tiles in graphite color.

As part of the warm installation of window frames, a system of three-pane, energy-efficient windows with 6-chamber Bluevolution profiles with a depth of 82 mm and warm window sills was installed. The windows were equipped with concealed electric roller shutters. The building’s electrical, telecommunications, plumbing and recuperation systems were installed. In addition, a lightning protection system and an alarm system were installed. Heating of the house will be done with an air heat pump and electric heating.

Insulation of the roof of the building was made with PUR foam 25 cm thick, and the external walls – with facade polystyrene foam 20 cm thick. To finish the facade of the building, white silicone plaster was used.
